Miami Property

Dear Friends,

Miami Real estate In March I heeded south to Miami and the Rivera Maya, Mexico. In sunny and warm Miami I met up with my colleague Joseph Zichelle at One Sotheby’s International Realty, Joseph has his own team and offices on Miami Beach. He had an Open House whist I was there for one of his beautiful listings on the water at 445 E Dilido Dr, Miami Beach, http://www.onesothebysrealty.com/di-lido-island-home-for-sale/445-e-dilido-dr-miami-beach-miami-beach-a10043586 . Joseph is also very strong on the commercial side, which is going through some tough times for developers, as the WSJ has recently wrote in an interesting article http://on.wsj.com/1okJ1bF . So it might be time to hop into that market and get a great deal!

I then headed down to Riviera Maya region about an hour south of Cancun, Mexico. I spent some time with the lovely team of ladies at Playa del Carmen Sotheby’s International Realty, and I met up with Mayte Garza and her office colleagues Liszett Torres and Fabiola Enriquez. One of their listings is http://www.sirrivieramaya.com/eng/sales/detail/317-l-922-smpc5k/villa-aqua-playa-del-carmen-qu-77710 Villa Aqua is located right in front of Playacar’s Golf course and minutes away from state of the art Spas, great shopping and dining.

Here in New York, the market is moving towards a buyers’ market. I am seeing more stock coming onto the market and listing prices are becoming more flexible. Sellers are defiantly more open to negotiation. So if you have been on the fence, it may be time to hop off and get invested in New York City!

All the very best
